Dual Lennox system — new build

The problem

A new-construction home needed two complete systems sized for separate floors, with equipment placed to keep line-set runs short and the yard clean.

What we did

Set two Lennox condensers on pads at the side of the home, ran and insulated both line sets, connected matched air handlers, and commissioned each zone independently.

Separate systems let each floor hold its own temperature, and one failure never takes down the whole house. On two-story homes it usually cuts energy use as well.
