The project

A full HVAC rough-in at a new construction build: trunk and branch ductwork run through metal stud framing, insulated and sealed before the walls closed up, with the air handler set and connected.

What we did

Our crew fabricated and hung the duct trunk, ran branch ducts to every room, insulated and sealed the system, and set the air handler — all coordinated with the other trades so drywall could move in right behind us.
