The problem
A room the central system never reached properly — too hot in summer, too cold in winter, and no practical way to run new ductwork to it.
What we did
Installed a Fujitsu Halcyon ductless mini-split: wall-mounted indoor head, outdoor inverter unit, line set and condensate run concealed, and a dedicated electrical circuit. Commissioned and tested in both heating and cooling before we left.
